                                DON'T YOU KNOW?

   August 28, 2007

1Co. 6:19  What?  do you not know that your body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you,  which you have of God,  and you are not your own?  vs.20  For you are bought with a price:  therefore Glorify God  in your body,  and in your spirit,  which are God's.

What a wonderful testimony we as believers have,  to be able to say that our physical bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit of God.  What Grace our Lord God has abundantly given to us,  to allow His awesome,  powerful  Spirit into ours is beyond my comprehension.

The Holy Spirit makes it a point to ask you point blank, vs.19  What?  do you not know that your body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you,------  We as born again Believers should take a most serious look at this passage of Scripture and be conscience of everything that we do from the moment we rise up to the moment we go to bed at night.  I am even speaking of the food you put in your mouth.  What junk people eat and then they wonder why they are diseased and sick.  I'm sorry if that sounds offensive  but it's just the truth.  God gave us good things to eat,  He gave us herbs for the service of man.  Ge.1:29 says,  And God said,  Behold,  I have given you every herb bearing seed,  which is upon the face of all the earth,  and every tree,  in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed;  to you it shall be for meat.  It was  'man'  who came along and chemically processed foods that was not intended for us to have.  We should not let anything go into our bodies that would grieve the Holy Spirit of God.  This is not legalism,  when I say things about ones diet,  or other habits such as alcohol and tobacco use.  Personally,  I don't believe my Saviour Jesus Christ put tobacco in His mouth to calm His nerves.  (That's the excuse I often hear from people that have that habit.)

The Holy Spirit of God is our  "Calmer."  He is the Spirit of Holiness.  God is Holy and Believers are to be Holy,  Eph. 1:4 says,  According as He has chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:  also 1Pe. 1:15-16  But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;  Because it is written,  Be ye holy: for I am holy.    Again let me say I am not speaking of legalism.  Actually, distorted ideas of holiness can lead to a hindering of the movement of the Holy Spirit.  We are made holy by the power of the Holy Spirit.  When one is drawn near to God (Sanctification- separating of an individual unto God)  the results will be an individual developing an inward beauty of holiness and is a process brought about by the Holy Spirit.

Yes,  the Lord has made me very aware that I am not my own.  He has saved me and called me with a Holy Calling.  I know I'm bought with a price!  Our Lord Jesus Christ shed His blood at Calvary to save and forgive me of all my sins.  What Jesus did at the Cross made it possible for me to be able to quote 1Co. 6:19.  The Cross made it possible that we can say that our bodies are the Temple of the Holy Ghost.  Praise God,  Praise God!  We should ever be so sensitive to the leading and guiding and CONVICTION of the Holy Spirit in our lives.  We as Pentecostals,  who have been baptized in the Holy Spirit should never engage in anything that would quench the Holy Spirit of God.  (1Thess.5:19.)  That means to put out.  Why would you risk putting out the power of God in you?  God is Holy,  He looks away from sin.  If you sin the Holy Spirit will flee.  He has no choice.  Even if it's something that's not a sin,  we can still grieve the Holy Spirit of God.  Eph. 4:30 says,  And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God,  whereby ye are sealed unto the day of Redemption.  We should daily guard our lips.  For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.  We should not utter evil or worthless words one to another,  for it's distasteful and offensive to the Holiness of the Spirit.

Yes we are to Glorify God in our body and in our spirit,  for we are children of the Most High God.  No one should have to tell us what we should or should not be doing to our bodies.  We should desire to live a clean, pure life that is most pleasing to our Lord God.  We should have a desire to stand before our Lord holy and blameless at His day of coming.  Oh, how I praise your name Jesus.  For it's not to much to ask for your children to do and say that which is right and pleasing to you.  It's not asking to much for a spirit filled Christian to take care of his body,  which is the Temple of the Spirit of God.  Oh you got me wound up,  I could preach it in the Pulpit.  But to wind things down,  I realize a person first has to be drawn by the Spirit of God.  One must be brought under the conviction of the Holy Spirit.  Furthermore,  the desire to wholly please God must be present.  I will close with a reminder that the Holy Spirit is gentle like a dove.  One must walk softly and quietly before God the Holy Spirit.         Amen.

DON'T LEAVE EMPTY BRING A SLEEPING BAG!

Are you leaving Church feeling empty?  I once read on a Church sign  if you leave feeling empty, you are full of self.  Well maybe that is not always the case.  Maybe you are confused and do not understand why you feel "empty"  after you leave your Church Service.

O man and woman of God,  I must ask you what is the object of your faith?  Are you under the impression that going to your Sunday Morning Church Service pleases God?  Are you assuming your "self effort"  in Church activities is well pleasing to God?  Ok, if you are doing "those things,"  do you still leave Church feeling empty?  The Bible teaches us plainly to examine ourselves,  whether we be in the faith.  Brothers and Sisters,  I am sure you have read that passage many, many times.  But do you really understand what it means?  To be in the Faith means only one thing and I promise you it's not according to what Denomination you belong to,  nor how busy you are doing the  Lord's Work.

To be in the Faith is to trust in Jesus Christ and what He done for us at the Cross.  Yes,  it's Jesus Christ and Him Crucified.  That is well pleasing to God.  When you place Jesus and The Cross as the object of your faith then the Holy Spirit takes away that empty feeling out of your spirit.  When you focus upon our Lord Jesus and His Work at the Cross,  then our Church Services and our work for the Lord will  become alive and powerful.  Praise God!  The Holy Spirit will move upon you in such a profound way, you will be full of joy when you leave Church.  You will then know and understand it was not going to Church that made you right with God,  it is placing your faith exclusively in Christ and Him Crucified.  After God gave me that revelation,  the Holy Spirit led me to do things I had never done before.  I was asked to teach Sunday School for the little ones and I am a very thankful member of our Choir.  God has blessed me richly!

I am a living testimony of one who struggled in my walk with the Lord.  Not having my faith grounded and settled in the Cross of Christ,  I went into a deep depression that nearly took my life.  During those lonely, dark nights,  when I could not feel the presence of God,  dark thoughts constantly entered my mind.  I just simply wanted out.  But you know what?  Even though I did not know it at the time,  God had me right where He wanted me.  Yes,  I was being Crucified.  I went through the destruction of the flesh,  the very fires of Almighty God,  and oh what pain I was in!  It was though everyone had turned their backs on me, and yet that was my problem,  "me."  God showed me,  if I was to be used of Him,  I would have to die to myself.  He taught me how to take up my Cross and follow Him daily.  That is when the Scripture became a reality that says,  I must decrease and He must increase.  For by the Grace of Almighty God do I stand here this day, declaring my love for God and His Church.

My Christian Family,  you do not have to struggle in your walk with the Lord.  That empty feeling you have when you leave Church is not of God.  John 10:10  says,  I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.  The abundant, fulfilled life is found in Jesus Christ and His Finished Work at the Cross!  And that alone, nothing else, will ever satisfy your hungry soul.  Do you remember when you first got saved, how over joyed you were?  Where is that zeal for God now?  Yes,  I suppose I know the answer.  Today's modern Church world will zap the simplicity that's found in Christ right out of your soul.  Brethren as the Apostle Paul said,  Ga. 5:1  Stand fast therefore in the liberty where with Christ has made us free and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.  Friends when you abandon the Cross you will enter into bondage.

My prayer is for everyone who feels faint and discouraged,  fret no more!  For ye are sheep in God's Pasture.  And Jesus is the Door of the sheep.  Anyone who tries to take away your Faith in what Jesus done for you at the Cross is a thief and a robber.  By entering in through the Door,  which is Jesus,  you will be saved and you shall go in and out and find pasture.  Praise God!  Little flock may you be filled with the Holy Ghost and with the knowledge of God's Word which will keep you "full"  until that great hour when the trump shall sound,  and we which are Christs will be caught up in the air to meet the Lord and there shall we be forever.  Amen.

                                        Sister Tracey - Nov. 12,  2007

This may sound extreme, but if it takes bringing your sleeping bag to Church,  just do it!  You do not have to leave Church in "bad shape."  If it takes all night,  alone with God,  so be it.  Pray that God will give you faith to trust in Jesus and Him Crucified.  Pray that God will give you the revelation to know what that means and how the Cross is to ever be the object of your faith.  Let me tell you something,  when God does you will know it!!  You want to know how you will know it?  You will feel that burden gone.  I promise you with everything in me,  the burden you carried will be replaced with the Peace of Almighty God.  There is nothing to be compared to the peace of God in your hearts,  knowing all is well with your soul.  Let us be very careful to give God all the Praise and Glory,  In Jesus Name,  Amen

HE SUFFERED FOR YOU

Mt. 27:22-23 Pilate saith unto them, Whether of the two will you that I release unto

you?  They said Barabbas.  Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus

which is called Christ?  They all say unto Him, Let Him be crucified.  27:26  Then

released he Barabbas unto them:  and when he had scouraged Jesus he delivered Him

to be crucified.

Each time I read Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John the reality of His pain He endured

causes great sorrow in my heart. I feel great shame come over me for all the times I

have complained over persecution.  Our Lord Jesus endured such trials of anguish

and torture that is beyond human comprehension.  For He did it voluntarily, He took

it upon Himself to redeem lost man back to God. How can we as Christians ever

thank Him enough?

His suffering began when He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up.

Luke 4:16 His own people, the very ones who knew Him for about thirty years

rejected His message and rose up and threw Him out of the city and led Him to the

top of a hill where they might throw Him down to His death. By the power of God,

He escaped them and never returned.  Jesus suffered in His Spirit when His own

disciples believed not. He often rebuked them for their unbelief.  Mary and Martha in

John 11 came before Him weeping for the loss of their brother. vs.33 says, Jesus

groaned in the spirit and was troubled. vs.35 Jesus wept.  His tears had to do with a

far greater degree of misery than they knew.

Our Lord Jesus Christ would next enter the Garden of Gethsemane.  These are the

hours where tremendous pressure comes upon our Lord.  As I read in Matthew 26

tears form in my eyes as I think about Jesus crying out to God to take this "hour"

away from Him. Verse 38 says, Then said He unto them, My soul is exceeding

sorrowful, even unto death vs.39 And He went a little farther and fell on His face,

and prayed, saying, O My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from Me:

nevertheless not as I will but as You will.  How many of us are willing to say and

truly mean that?  Jesus knew He was about to bear the sin penalty of the whole world

upon Himself and feel the separation from The Father while He hung on the Cross.

Jesus prayed a second and third time the same prayer while Peter, James, and John

slept.  They could not even stay awake and pray with their Master, knowing what was

about to come upon Him.  Whom may I ask can Jesus depend upon to watch and

pray in these last days we live in?  They came and arrested Him and the Bible says,

Then all the Disciples forsook Him, and fled.  To be left standing all alone in the

midst of evil and wicked men is a tragedy in itself.  How many of us forsake our God

when persecution arises or yet how many forsake your own friends when you see

them in trouble?

They took Jesus to the High Priest where the "AWEFUL" suffering of our Master

would begin. They spit in His face, blind folded Him and hit Him with their fist.

Others smote Him with the palms of their hands. Translated, "Smote him with rods.

The Prophet Isaiah said, 52:14 As many were astonished at You; His visage was so

marred more than any man, and His form more than the sons of men.  Pilate willing

to content the people, released Barabbas unto them, and delivered Jesus, when he

had scouraged Him, to be crucified. They led Him away and clothed Him with

purple, and platted a crown of thorns and put it about His head. In mockery they

began to salute Him, Hail, King of the Jews!  They smote Him on the head with a

reed, which was a stiff object that would have driven the thorns deep within His

scalp. They spit upon Him and bowed their knees before Him in mockery.  Mark

15:25 tells us, it was the third hour (9am) and they crucified Him. As He hang on the

Cross people still railed on Him. The Word says they walked by wagging their heads

and reviling Him. Then we get to verse 34, the saddess, heartbreaking, tear jerking

verse in the Whole Bible!  And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying,

Eloi, Eloi, lama, Sabachthani?  Which is, being interpreted, My God, My God, why

have you forsaken Me?  You see, during this three hour period of time He bore the

sin penalty of mankind, on which the Heavenly Father could not look upon.

Jesus paid the ULTIMATE PRICE, He Sacrificed Himself, because that was the

Father's Will.  He sacrificed Himself to pay the ugly, horrible sin debt that was upon

the whole world due to the Fall.  He voluntarily went to the Cross, knowing He would

not feel the Presence of God for a time.  That had to be the most horrifying

experience He had felt during His time on Earth.  "Why have You forsaken Me?"

Think about it,  cry and weep,  because He endured that tremendous suffering and

agony in His Soul so YOU could be saved.  How dare anyone ever take the name of

my Lord in vain ever again.  Forgive me for getting upset, but even right now I feel

an even greater awareness of what Jesus went through to give me Eternal Life. How

dare I ever take that for granted!  Jesus I love you so much and feel so humbled in

your Presence,  for I know I stand, by Thy Mercy and Grace.

I will go back one more time if anyone out there still cannot "feel His suffering."

Isaiah 50:6  I gave My back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them who plucked off

the hair:  I hid not my face from shame and spitting.  Jesus loved and had

compassion but they hated Him with a passion.  They severely whipped Him and

pulled His beard from His face and spit on Him.  I will now close with this thought.

God is Omniscience, all knowing!  Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour knew before

He came into the world what would happen to Him.  Jesus knew the pain He would

endure.  Guess what?  He came ANYWAY!

The least you can do is reverance our God and Believe on His name.  Amen.

                                                    HOLY LIVING

1Peter 1:13-17  Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the Grace that is to be brought unto you at the Revelation of Jesus Christ;  As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:  But as He which has called you Holy, so be ye Holy in all manner of conversation (refers to lifestyle);  Because it is written,  Be ye Holy;  for I am Holy (All of this can be done in one way. Placing our Faith exclusively in the Cross of Christ gives the Holy Spirit latitude to help us, and He alone can develop Holiness within our lives.  It cannot be done by self will, or by rules or regulations, etc.)  And if you call on the Father, Who without respect of persons judges according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:

Jesus told us in the last days things would get worse.  In Matthew 24:12 the Lord said,  And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.  We read over in 2 Timothy 3:1-5, This also know, that in the last days perilous times shall come.  For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents,  unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, truce breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those who are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of Godliness, but denying the power thereof:  from such turn away.  Also we read, Timothy 3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.  We are living in a day and age where people are going about doing their own thing, walking their own way, with little regard for our Almighty God.  Right now I want to address people who call themselves Christians, but are not worshiping Him in Truth and in Spirit.  "Casual Christianity"  has crept into the hearts and lives of people everywhere.  Today people are so bombarded by technology and activity, they forsake their Divine Creator, our Holy Father;  they forsake their Saviour, Jesus Christ;  they forsake the Great Comforter, the Teacher, the One we call the Holy Ghost.  Ninety percent of our attention goes to other things, while ten percent of our time is seen in our Sunday Morning Church Service.  The late and great AW Tozer worded it like this, "Distractions must be conquered or they will conquer us. So let us cultivate simplicity; let us want fewer things;  let us walk in the Spirit; let us fill our minds with the Word of God and our hearts with Praise."

AW Tozer lived in a time where he seen God's people being distracted, oh how much more today?  If you are truly born again, why do you strattle the fence?  Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your mind, all your soul, and all your strength.  Forsake your sins and ask God to purge out any wicked way left in you.  My personal prayer is, Lord cleanse me from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit that I may do and say all those things that are right and pleasing in your sight.  Our God is a Holy God, we are to be Holy.  We are ever to seek to please the Lord in all our ways, that we will be ready and Sanctified for the Master's Use.  Praise God!

Some may think they are secure because their family is in Church, 'they are praying for me' they say.  That may give some a mind set that everything is ok. They may even assume it is ok to go in and out of Church when ever they "feel like" it.  Well it's not ok and it is not fair to Jesus to do whatever pleases you!  If God has placed you in the Body of Christ, and some reason you abandon that position, you greatly hurt the Body, the Church.  We are left hurt and saddened by the loss we feel .  All members of the Body of Christ are useful.  1 Co. 12:14  For the body is not one member, but many. vs. 15 If the foot shall say, because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?  vs. 18 But now hath God set the members everyone of them in the body as it hath pleased Him.  vs. 21-22 And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of you: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. No, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:   You out there who do not think you are important to the local body, my friend you are of the utmost important!!

Mark 15:34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?  which is being interpreted, My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me? (During this three hour period when darkness covered the world, He bore the sin penalty of mankind, on which the Heavenly Father could not look.)  This passage of Scripture makes me cry because Jesus could feel His Father's Presence had left Him.  He was, for the first time ever,  ALL ALONE.  How heart breaking and just think He did it all for YOU!  How much more will God turn away from you if sin enters into your life.  God will not look upon sin, His Holiness will not allow it.  No matter who you are or how close you think you are to the Lord, beware lest some thought creeps in that will hinder the Holy Ghost from moving in your life.  1 Co. 10:12 says, Wherefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.  Wow!  God's Word will pierce you like a sword. ( No wonder not many people actually read the Bible)  For my God is no respector of persons.  You can read in 1 Peter 1:17, And if you call on the Father, who without respect of persons judges according to every man's work,  pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:

I call upon Christians around the world to get serious about the Lord Jesus Christ.  Repent and believe the Gospel!  Pray and read your Bible ( please read and study your Bible, you will know the Truth and the Truth shall make you free), be actively involved in your Church.  Pastors around the globe needs responsible and mature men and women to lend a hand. Tighten up people and put foolish things far behind you.  DO NOT live a lifestyle that will bring reproach to the Name of Christ . Romans 6:12-14 says,  Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in the lusts thereof.  Neither yield your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin:  but yield yourselves unto God, as those who are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.  For sin shall not have dominion over you:  for you are not under the Law, but under Grace.  The Holy Spirit makes it very clear in Scripture the life we are to live. 2 Co. 3:16  tells us, know you not that you are the Temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?  People grieve not His Spirit, whereby you are sealed unto the Day of Redemption.  Having therefore these Promises dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. (2 Co. 7:1)  For God has not called us unto uncleanness, but unto Holiness. (1 Thess. 4:7)  Follow peace with all men, and Holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: (Hebrews 12:14)

People this is not an option, our Great God  has commanded us to live a Holy Life, pleasing unto Him. It is never too late, start today, for you never know when things will change.  And on that note I will close with this....  2 Peter 3:10-11  But the Day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the Heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.  Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all Holy conversation (lifestyle) and Godliness.  Oh Praise be to God!!

Sister Tracey - Monday night, 4-17-2008

Revelation 22:11-17  He who is unjust, let him be unjust still:

and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still:  and he who is

Righteous, let him be Righteous still:  and he who is Holy, let

him be holy still.  And behold, I come quickly; and My reward is

with Me, to give every man according as his work shall be.  I am

Alfa and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the

last.  Blessed are they who do His Commandments, that they

may have the right to the Tree of Life, and may enter in through

the gates into the city.  For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and

whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever

loves and makes a lie.  I Jesus have sent My Angel to testify unto

you these things in the Churches.  I am the Root and Offspring

of David, and the Bright and Morning Star. And the Spirit and

the Bride say, Come.  And let him who is athirst come.  And

whosoever will, let him take the Water of Life freely.

             GOD GIVES THE INCREASE

1 Co. 3:6-7  I have planted, Apollos watered;  but God gave the increase.  So then neither is he who plants anything, neither he who waters;  but God who gives the increase.

This message goes out to all Pastors, small and great and to all those who carry a burden for the lost. The Lord has greatly blessed you with such understanding of His Word and such zeal in your spirit to proclaim it.  At times you actually feel like standing up on your rooftop!  Then there is that season of discouragment that can become so strong you pray with all your heart for the Lord to take it from you. You stand up before the people  and deliver the all Powerful Word of God and at times there seems to be no response.  You are left to wander did you say anything wrong, did you offend someone.  Well if you are reading the Word of God you probably did offend someone. But that is the conviction of the Holy Ghost on that persons' heart.  At times it seems the peoples heart is not responsive to God's Saving Grace and their need for our Saviour Jesus Christ.  This is most certainly the Day of the Laodicean Church.  The lukewarm spirit is in the air all around us.  These are times the truly called of God go through trials of discouragment and loneliness.  At times it seems what is the point of speaking your Word, O Lord, if no one wants to hear it.

I have personally been there.  The summer of 1996 I attempted to minister unto my family the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.  That very hour my soul and spirit knew rejection and discouragment.  Over the years and even right now, my thoughts are, "Who am I that could change someones point of view?"  Then the Lord Almighty reminds me,  my own ability cannot bring about the increase that I seek.  No matter how much I plant or water God's Word to someone, their Spiritual "receptors" will never understand unless the Holy Ghost reveals it unto them.  GOD GIVES THE INCREASE, NOT ME!  I guess most truly,  I am preaching to myself.  For I at times, get so discouraged over my failure to get through, I want to quit.  You spend years praying for that lost loved one and even show them the Scriptures to prove it,  yet they will not listen.  How frustrating!

I have struggled so many times with that.  But God, in His great LONGSUFFERING with me, has to keep reminding me (I can be so hardheaded)  if I will just continue to trust Him and plant His Word, He will give that Increase in time.  Yes, in due season, that is what serving God is all about. Man has a tendancy to want it right now, but God does not operate like that. God's Ways are so much higher than ours.  He will give the Increase to those who truly want to know Him.  I thankyou so much, Lord God, for being patient with me, for the times I became "arrogant like" and prideful in my service to YOU.  I know I am not capable of opening the eyes of any man's heart.  From this day forward may I do what You have called me to do and at the same time may I stand back and "allow" You to do Your part, in Jesus Name I pray, Amen.

     MY ENCOUNTER WITH AN INTERCESSOR

Hebrews 13:2  Be not forgetful to entertain strangers:  for thereby some have entertained Angels unawares.

Last month my depression reared its ugly head in my life again.  After many months of being content with my life things started happening that greatly discouraged me.  In my mind things would not be the same, so what was the point?  I wanted to just walk away from the great work God was doing in my life.  Of course, now I realize that is exactly where the devil wanted me.  I will never forget the morning last month when "he" had me convinced there was only one way to escape this pain I was feeling.  Yes, I was for sure that leaving was the answer.  If I would just move back to my home town then this overwhelming sadness would go away.

Can I ask,  does anyone know a little something about when the Lord shows up?  Tuesday morning March 25th 2008 would forever change me!  You would not think a simple trip to the grocery store could have such a profound effect upon you.  My shopping was finished as I was headed towards the registers,  then suddenly I saw a man headed in my direction. I looked straight on at first until he asked me, "Where is your smile?"  He began talking to me about Jesus.  He was dressed in clothes that reminded me of my Grandpa.  He held my hand and began praying for me in the Spirit.  Great fear fell on me at first, honestly I was spooked.  I remember praying to myself for God to protect me from all evil.  As he looked into my eyes, it was as if he could see right  through into my soul.  I admitted to him, that yes I was in despair.  He prayed all the more and let me tell you it was like no other human being was in the store except the two of us.  I remember looking out the corner of my eyes as people walked by and not one looked our way.  I seriously began to wander if people could see us.  He held my hand for what felt like an eternity! At a point I tried to pull away from him but he would not let go.  His prayer was so powerful and yet I was scared at times.  The messages from the Lord was about to become clear.  His prayer stopped and he plainly told me when I go to the Altar, I need to leave "it" at the Altar.  I knew then this was from God because that has always been a big problem for me.  I asked him was he a Pastor, he smiled at me and said no, he was an Intercessor.  He began to pray in the Spirit again, then he told me when people pass me by in my lonliness to just raise my hands and give the Lord the Praise.  He said the Lord wanted me to testify more.  His smile turned into laughter as he said,  I have not seen anything yet of what the Lord is going to do in my life.  He prayed one last time in the Spirit and his closing words to me was to pray for people in every language because we are in the end. He's coming back!  As I began to walk away from him the only words I could get out of my mouth was, God Bless You.  We walked away from each other in opposite directions as I went to check out.

Needless to say,  the despair I carried into Food World that day was taken by the hand of an Intercessor.  Just think, if I had been rude to him and walked the other way and not gave him the time of day I would have suredly missed my Blessing.  And a Blessing indeed,  for God has placed "big things" on my heart to do in His Name.  Because of that day you are reading my story due to this Website.  Due to my willingness to "be still and know,"  I created this Website for YOU!  God wants YOU to be saved.  Jesus is about to Rapture the Church and take us to Heaven.  My friend YOU do not want to be left behind!  Ask Him to forgive you of all your sins and believe that He died and rose again for YOU to be saved.  He is,  Jesus Christ the Son of God and the  KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS!  Remember the next time you are out and about to be not forgetful to entertain strangers, for you just never know when God is going to show up.  I truly believe my intercessor, as he called himself,  was an Angel sent directly from God to heal my wounded spirit.  Praise the Lord.  Amen.

               ONCE SAVED, ALWAYS?  NOT!

What a tough subject to have to write about,  but it must be done!  There is a false doctrine that is in the world, called "unconditional eternal security."  Now of course those who believe like this does not  call it what I did.  They simply believe if you are a true child of God you can't fall away.  Let's hear what the Word of the Lord has to say. 1Co.10:12 says,  Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.  Hebrews 3:7-8 Wherefore as the Holy Spirit says, Today if you will hear His Voice, Harden not your hearts (as Israel hardened their hearts against God in the wilderness, it is likewise possible for modern Christians to do the same.) vs.12 Take heed, Brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.  When a Christian begins to trust in "other things"  and forget the means of his Salvation,  he will not walk in victory.  We must ever keep our Faith anchored in the Cross of Christ,  for that is where Jesus paid such a high price to redeem us back to God.  He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and no man cometh to the Father but by Him.  When your Faith is properly placed in the Cross then the Holy Spirit will work mightily in your life.

Another wonderful place to go is the eleventh Chapter of Romans. We learn about the grafting process. vs17  And if some of the branches be broken off (Israel) and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them partake of the root and fatness of the olive tree (means that the Church derives its life from the common Root that was originally given to Israel).  Let me skip over to vs.20 Well; because of unbelief they (Israel) were broken off, and you stand by Faith.  Be not highminded, but fear vs. 21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest He also spare not you.  We are so blessed Church that we can stand by Faith,  but please don't ever take that Faith for granted.  We are Saved, Sanctified, and filled with the Holy Ghost because of His Great Work at the Cross and may I remind you, it is a Finished Work.  I want to close with Chapter 10 from the Book of Hebrews.  God Richly Bless You.

He.10  For the Law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those Sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.  For then would they not have ceased to be offered?  because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.  But in those Sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year.  For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.  Wherefore when He comes into the world, He said, Sacrifice and Offering You would not, but a Body have You prepared Me: In Burnt Offerings and Sacrifices for sin You have had no pleasure.  Then said I, Lo, I come (in the Volume of the Book it is written of Me,)  to do Your Will, O God.  Above when He said, Sacrifice and Offering and Burnt Offerings and Offering for sin You would not, neither had pleasure therein; which are offered by the Law; Then said He, Lo, I come to do Your Will, O God.  He takes away the First , that He may establish the Second.  By the which will we are Sanctified through the Offering of the Body of Jesus Christ once for all. (this proclaims that the only way the Believer can live a victorious life is by the Cross ever being the Object of his Faith.)  And every Priest stands daily Ministering and offering oftentimes the same Sacrifices, which can never take away sins:  But this Man, after He had offered One Sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the Right Hand of God;  From henceforth expecting till His enemies be made His footstool.  For by one Offering He has perfected forever them who are Sanctified. ( Everything one needs is found in the Cross-Ga.6:14) Whereof the Holy Spirit also is a witness to us:  for after that He had said before,  This is the Covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord, I will put My Laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;  And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. (Praise the Lord!)  Now where remission of these is, there is no more Offering for sin.

                   FAITH

vs.19  Having therefore,  Brethren,  boldness to enter into the Holiest by the Blood of Jesus,  By a new and living way,  which He has consecrated for us, through the Veil,  that is to say His flesh;  And having an High Priest over the House of God;  Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of Faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.  Let us hold fast the profession of our Faith without wavering; (for He is faithful Who Promised;)  And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:  Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is;  but exhorting one another:  and so much the more, as you see the day approaching.

                CONSEQUENCES

vs.26  For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the Truth,  there remains no more Sacrifice for sins,  but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. {if the Cross of Christ is rejected, there is no other Sacrifice or way God will except. It is hellfire, which will ultimately come to all who reject Christ and the Cross or backslide on Him.-which can be done.}  He who despised Moses' Law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:  Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall He be Thought worthy, who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has counted the Blood of the Covenant,  wherewith he was Sanctified, an unholy thing, and has done despite the Spirit of Grace? { See folks, this refers to a person who has been saved, but is now expressing unbelief toward that which originally saved him. That is scary, don't ever take my God for granted, "take heed."} For we know Him Who has said,  Vengeance belongs to Me, I will recompense, says the Lord.  And again the Lord shall judge His people.  It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the Living God.

vs. 37-39 For yet a little while, and He Who shall come will come, and will not tarry.  Now the just shall live by Faith:  but if any man draw back, {proclaims the fact that such can be done, and refers to Believers transferring their Faith from Christ and the Cross to other things}  My soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition;  but of them who believe to the saving of the soul.

QUIT BLAMING OTHERS!

  July 14, 2007

You know you can go  through life with a chip on your shoulders and be an

absolute misery for others to be around you.  Or you can stand up, apply

the Word of God to your life and be a joy and a blessing to God, your family

and friends.  I will quit with my thoughts and give you my Heavenly

Father's....

Proverbs 19:24  A slothful man hides his hand in his bosom, and will not so

much as bring it to his mouth again. ( The "slothful" is constantly claiming

to be sick, when in fact, he is only lazy and wants somebody to put food in

his mouth.  If it is done once, he will want it done  "again"  and "again."

That's the reason Paul said,  "If they don't work, they don't

eat" [11Thess.3:10]  In other words it's wrong to give someone money who

is too lazy to work.

19:15  Slothfulness casts into a deep sleep;  and an idle soul shall suffer

hunger ( In the Bible laziness is condemned)

15:19   The ways of the slothful man is an hedge of thorns:  but the way of

the righteous is made plain.  (The knowledge of the Word of God alone, and

it applied to our hearts and lives, can keep us from the unneccessary thorns.)

15:12  A scorner loves not one who reproves him:  neither will he go unto

the wise. (The scorner holds the wise in disdain, because he feels his way

is right, and therefore does not need correction or reproof.  Such a spirit will

not abide by the Bible.)

14:23  In all labour there is profit:  but the talk of the lips tends only to

penury. (There are many who talk much, but do nothing.  Those who truly

"labour"  will know "profit."

13:18  Poverty and shame shall be to him who refuse instruction:  but he

who regards reproof shall be honoured. (If the individual faithfully follows

the instruction given by the Word of God, he will, at the same time, highly

regard the reproof of those who try to instruct him for the better.)

13:15  Good understanding gives favour:  but the way of transgressors is

hard. (Those who transgress the Word of God will find their way "hard" ).

13:1  A wise son hears his father's instruction:  but a scorner hears not

rebuke. (The surface meaning of this passage is obvious; constructive

criticism by the wise is needed.  Those who are not wise scorn the  rebuke

and continue on in their erroneous way.)

13:4  The soul of the sluggard desires, and has nothing:  but the soul of the

diligent shall be made fat.  (This passage proclaims the blessing of the work

ethic and the poverty of the lazy.)

12:11  He who tills his land shall be satisfied with bread:  but he who follows

vain persons is void of understanding.  (The Bible extols the value of

honest labor.  Absence of the Bible  promotes vanity and lack of

understanding.)

12:24  The hand of the diligent shall bear rule:  but the slothful shall be

under tribute.  (Those who adhere to the work ethic of the Bible will

prosper.  Those who  do not adhere to the work ethic of the Bible will find

themselves in debt.)

10:26  As vinegar to the teeth, and as smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard

to them who send him. (The Holy Spirit labels as "sluggards"  all who do not

know and abide by the Bible;  they will ultimately prove no good to those

who employ their services.)

10:1  The proverbs of Solomon.  A wise son makes a glad father:  but a

foolish son is the heaviness of his mother.  (The wise son is the one who

follows the word of God, which will make glad his earthly father and his

heavenly Father.)

10:5  He who gathers in summer is a wise son:  but he who sleeps in

harvest is a son who causes shame.  (This Proverb illustrates "diligence")

6:6-11   Go to the ant, thou sluggard:  consider her ways, and be wise:

which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, gathers her food in the harvest.

How long will you sleep, O sluggard?  When will you arise out of your

sleep?  Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to

sleep:  so shall your poverty come as one who travels, and your want as an

armed man.

20:4  The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold;  therefore shall he

beg in harvest, and have  nothing.  (If we allow hindrances to stop us doing

what needs to be done, then nothing will ever be done, and we will come to

poverty.)

20:13  Love not sleep, lest you come to poverty;  open your eyes, and you

shall be satisfied with bread.  (Over and over again, The Holy Spirit lauds

industry, while condemning laziness.)

21:25-26  The desire of the slothful kills  him;  for his hands refuse to

labour.  (The desire of the lazy is that he be able to eat, drink, be clothed,

and be housed without working for it)    He covets greedily all the day long:

but the righteous gives and spares not.  (Because the slothful will not work

[his hands refuse to labor],  he covets that which the righteous have, and

greedily at that, thereby breaking the Tenth Commandment.)

22:13  The slothful man says,  There is a lion without, I shall be slain in the

streets.  (This Proverb illustrates the truth of the absurdities that the slothful

come up with to keep from working!)

I could go on and on with Scripture proclaiming that it's wrong not to

work.  A man should provide for his own,  ESPECIALLY a married man with

kids.  But I will stop here, for I think you get the point.  There is no since

going through life complaining and murmuring of what you don't have.  Get

a job!  Quit sponging off people.  Like I said I need to stop, cause now I'm

walking a fine line of sounding judgmental.  But what I have presented here

is the Truth, straight from the Word of God.  You are not only dishonoring

your family,  "yourself,"  and most importantly God, your Maker, Jesus

Christ your Saviour,  and the Holy Spirit your teacher and director, that is if

you will allow him to be.  Amen.

 WHEN DREAMS COME TRUE

   JULY 23, 2007

1Co.2:9  But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

I most recently went to Walt Disney World.  This years theme is, a year of a million dreams.  Printed on most everything states, 'where dreams come true.'  I am so guilty of getting caught up in the attractions of each theme park.  Everything is so life like (but all magic and deceit)  and grand.  You might have to wait in line for an hour to enter one of their main attractions or rides, but once you are in there it's so worth the wait!  Everything around you comes to life, they have the best 3-D shows in the world.  The magic is captivating, it has you spell bound and you want more.

My friend that's how the world is, it attracts you with its allures and charms and locks you in.  Then when its through with you, it spits you out on the ground.  The world cares nothing for a Believer, it never has and it never will.  That's why a true Born Again Christian should not get caught up in certain things.  No, I do not believe I sinned because we took our daughter to Disney World.  But there comes a time when you realize certain things are not right.  Like Mickey Mouse in a Sorcerer's hat.  Yes it seems harmless enough to children, but sorcerey which is witchcraft, is condemned in the Bible.  I want go off on that right now, that's a whole different topic.

Walt Disney World prepares wonderfully and magically to entertain you, and that's very temporal,  but my Jehovah God has WONDERFULLY prepared an Eternal thrill that will never fade.  Yes my Cinderella experience has turned back into a pumpkin, because that was of the world.  My true dream will be fulfilled when the Kingdom of God resides here on Earth.  And most certainly that will never end.  Amen.

                 IT'S A SPIRITUAL THING

        AUGUST 10, 2007

Eph. 6:10  Finally, my Brethren,  be strong in the Lord,  and in the power of His might.  6:11  Put on the whole armour of God,  that you may  be able to stand against the wiles of the Devil.  (this refers to all satan's strategies)  6:12  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood (our foes are not human;  however Satan uses human beings to carry out his dirty work),  but against principalaties,  against powers,  against the rulers of the darkness of this world,  against spiritual wickedness in high places.

In times of distress,  when it seems like everything is coming against you,  trouble on every side,  my friend know for sure, it is not the person standing in front of you!  It's an unclean spirit inside of him.  When trouble comes your way,  stand strong in the Lord,  for greater is He who is in you (Christ),  than he who is in the world.  When you stand for righteousness and make it your business  to do the "right thing,"  especially on your job, know for sure you will be attacked!  Satan hates you and he will try to make you fall.  That's why you need to remember  Eph. 6:12.  Right now my husband is under a tremendous amount of pressure at work.  I sent him away with that verse in his shirt pocket.  I reminded him that it's not flesh and blood that he is dealing with.  Rest assured, these troubles, what ever you are facing,  will go away.  James 4:7 tells us,  Submit yourselves therefore to God.  Resist the devil,  and he  will flee from you. --  Folks that's a promise not to be taken lightly!  When we turn to God, in spirit and truth,  and humble ourselves,  acknowledging we are powerless without His guidance,  then the devil has to flee.  He has no choice in the matter.  There is power in the name of Jesus,  James 2:19 says the devils also believe and tremble.  In Jesus name, by Faith,  you can remove every hindrance and foul spirit that comes your way.  Praise God and Hallelujah!!

When it seems like you've done all you know to do,  keep praying,  never give up on the power of Almighty God to change a persons heart.  Guys when you are out there in the world on your jobs,  remember those people don't care about your morals,  so I'll leave you with wise Scripture.  Eph. 6:13  Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God,  that you may be able to stand in the evil day,  and having done all,  to stand.  --- In Jesus name.

Holy Father, right now I rebuke all foul spirits that's coming up against my family.  I surrender my family to you and stand on your promise that the enemy has to flee.  I pray for all who are being oppressed and distressed on their jobs,  that you will give them wisdom and a spirit of humility.  Deliver them from unreasonable and wicked men. Remind them that vengeance belongs to You,  You will repay.  I'm careful to give you all the Praise and Glory in Jesus name I pray.  Amen.

I KNOW WHAT YOUR REAL PROBLEM IS!

 AUGUST 15, 2007

Phil.3:18-19  For many walk,  for whom I have told you often,  and now tell you even weeping,  that they are the enemies of the Cross of Christ:  Whose end is destruction,  whose god is their belly (refers to those who attempt to pervert the Gospel for their own personal gain),  and whose glory  is in their shame,  who mind earthly things.

Ga. 5:11  And I Brethren,  if I yet Preach circumcision,  why do I yet suffer persecution?  (Any message other than the Cross draws little opposition.)  then is the offence of the Cross ceased.  (The Cross offends the world and most of the Church.  So, if the Preacher ceases to preach the Cross as the only way of salvation and victory,  then opposition and persecution will cease.  But so will salvation!)

By reading Ga. 5:11 we learn that the Cross is an offence to many.  To say it simply those of us who trust Christ and what He did at the Cross will suffer persecution.  Most of that persecution,  I'm sad to say,  will come from within the Church.  The Apostle Paul had to deal with this daily.  The Judaizers (the Pharisses and Priests)  attempted to hinder his work every way possible.  They wanted to hold on to their works, their self righteousness.  Romans 9:31-33 says,  But Israel,  which followed after the Law fo Righteousness  (presents Israel following in the wrong way, by works),  has not attained unto the law of Righteousness  (couldn't attain to Righteousness by works;  it can only be attained by trusting in Christ and the Cross).  Wherefore?  Because they sought it not by faith,  but as it were by the works of the law  (by their performance,  which can never measure up).  For they stumbled at that stumbling stone (presents the necessity of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, the one Whom all the Sacrifices had symbolized);  As it is written,  Behold,  I lay in Sion (Israel)  a stumbling stone and rock of offence  (refers to Jesus Christ;  He was not the type of Saviour they wanted):  and whosoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed.  (portrays that salvation is open to all, not a select predestined few, as many teach).

This  "spirit"  that Paul dealt with then is still going on today.  It's probably in the Church far more than in the world.  This  "condemning,  judgmental attitude,"  will come against you if you are living your life God's way,  which is Faith in Christ and Him Crucified.  The Cross of Christ truly is a rock of offence.  1 Pe.2:8 says,  And a stone of stumbling,  and a rock of offence  (because of the Cross),  even to them who stumble at the word,  being disobedient  (refers to unbelief):  whereunto also they were appointed.  (All who reject Christ are appointed to be lost.)         1Co. 1:18  For the preaching of the Cross is to them who perish foolish;  but unto us which are saved it is the Power of God.

Praise God,  thank you Holy Father that you chose the Cross as the instrument of death.  Thank you Jesus for willingly sacrificing yourself so that my sins would be forgiven.  I give you all the Praise and Glory.  Yes,  Your Word explains it all,  1Co. 1:27  But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise   (the Preaching of the Cross confounds the wise because it falls out to changed lives, which nothing man has can do);  and God has  chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty  (the Cross is looked at as weakness,  but it brings about great strength and power,  regarding those who accept the Finished Work of Christ);  Verse 29 says,  That no flesh (human effort)  should glory in his Presence.  There you go,  that is where the offence comes in.  Some do not want to except that Jesus done it all,   they think they have to add to His Work.  Eph. 2:8-9  tells us,  For by grace are you saved through Faith  (Faith in Christ, with the Cross ever as its object);  and that not of yourselves  (none of this is of us,  but all is of Him):  it is the gift of God:  not of works (man cannot merit salvation,  irrespective what he does),  lest any man should boast (boast in his own ability and strength;  we are allowed only to boast in the Cross.)   GA. 6:14  But God  forbid that I should glory,  save in the Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ,  by whom the world is  Crucified unto me, and I unto the world. --Praise God and Hallelujuah!  And you know I am so thankful  God allows us to boast in the Cross.  It was Jesus who suffered so greatly to redeem us back to God.  It was all His Work and none of ours.  I thank you so much Lord that I am not ashamed nor am I offended in the Cross.  For I know that's a gift from you.  I pray you will keep me under the shadow of your wings that I may never turn to other "things"  that would lead me astray.

Furthermore,  Ga. 6:12 states,  As many as desire to make a fair show in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised;  only lest they should suffer persecution for the Cross of Christ.  (The message of the Cross brings forth persecution from both the world and the modern Church.  It strikes at the very heart of all spiritual pride and self rightouesness.)  vs. 13  For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law;  but desire to have you circumcised,  that they may glory in your flesh.  (Many in the Church glory in self-effort,  but few glory in the Cross because it puts self-effort in its proper place.

Yes,  I see alot of  "self"  going on in the Church world.  So called,  self anointed teachers like the  "Purpose Driven Life guru,"  and such like,  who would have his followers look at themselves  instead of the Lord of lords and King of kings, Jesus Christ.  For it was Jesus that reconciled both Jews and Gentiles unto God in one body,  which is the Church,  by the Cross.  (Eph.2:16)   Yes when you come to the foot of the Cross,  it is no longer about you anymore, your strength and ability.  Mt. 16:24  says,  Then said Jesus unto his disciples,  If any man will come after me,  let him deny himself, and take up his Cross, and follow Me.  Folks that is so hard for the self righteous mind who has to do things their own way.  If you would only realize,  only just believe and trust Christ to meet your every need,  you could relax and have the peace of God in you.  Jesus said in Mt. 11:28-30  Come unto Me, all you who labour and are heavy laden (trying to earn Salvation by works),  and I will give you rest (this rest can only be found by placing one's Faith in Christ and what He has done for us at the Cross).  Take my yoke upon you,  and learn of Me;  for I am meek and lowly in heart:  and ye shall find rest unto your souls  (the soul can find rest only in the Cross).  For my yoke is easy,  and my burden is light  (what He requires of us is very little,  just to have Faith in Him and His Sacrificial Atoning Work).

Always remember where our justification comes from.  Ga. 2:16  Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law,  but by the Faith of Jesus Christ,  even we have believed in Jesus Christ,  that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the Law: for by the works of the Law shall no flesh be justified.  This next verse means so very much to me. vs. 20  I am Crucified with Christ:  nevertheless I live;  yet not I (by my own strength and ability),  but Christ lives in me (by virture of me dying with Him on the Cross, and being raised with Him in newness of life):  and the life which I now live in the flesh  I live by the faith of the Son of God,  Who loved me, and gave Himself for me.

You see Ladies and Gentlemen,  it is what He did for us some 2000 years ago.  We are not to frustrate the Grace of God  (Ga. 2:21).  If we ever make  "anything"  other than the Cross of Christ the object of our Faith, we will frustrate the Grace of God,  which means we hinder His Work and the Holy Spirit will no longer help us.  That "anything"  could very well be your local Church you attend, or the altar calls you take part in.  If you start trusting in anything else to where it takes the place of Jesus and His Finished Work in your heart you need to repent.  Take a step back and examine whether you be in the Faith or not.  2 Co. 13:5  says,  Examine yourselves,  whether you be in the Faith;  prove your ownselves (make certain your Faith is actually in the Cross,  and not other things)  know ye not yourselves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

In closing I want to remind the reader of Phil. 2:8-11  And being found in fashion as a man,  He humbled Himself,  and became obedient unto death,  even the death of the Cross.  Wherefore God also has highly exalted Him, and given Him a Name which is above every name:  That at the Name of Jesus every knee should bow,  of things in Heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.  And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,  to the Glory of God the Father.   Also, He.12:2 Looking unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our Faith;  Who for the joy that was set before Him endured the Cross,  despising the shame,  and is set down at the Right Hand of the Throne of God.  (Him being set down refers to His work at the Cross being a Finished Work,  and the fact that He is set down at the Throne of God means God has fully accepted His Sacrifice.)

I wish that my prayers would put a stop to people taking offence to the Cross.  I can not end this message on my own,  for the Cross is the whole foundation of Christianity.  So I will leave with you the words of Deitrich Bonhoffer:      "The Cross of Christ is the revealed truth of God's judgment on sin.  Never associate the idea of martyrdom with the Cross of Christ.  It was the supreme triumph, and it shook the very foundations of Hell.  There is nothing in time or eternity more absolutely certain and irrefutable than what Jesus Christ accomplished on the Cross---He made it possible for the entire human race to be brought back into a right-standing relationship with God.  He made Redemption the foundation of human life,  that is,  He made a way for every person to have fellowship with God.

The Cross was not something that happend to Jesus--He came to die;  the Cross was His purpose in coming.  He is  'the lamb slain from the foundaton of the world' (Re. 13:8).  The Incarnaton of Christ could have no meaning without the Cross.  Beware of separating 'God was manifested in the flesh...' from ' ...He made Him...to be sin for us...'  (1Ti. 3:16; 2Co. 5:21).  The purpose of the Incarnaton was Redemption.  God came in the flesh to take sin away,  not to accomplish something for Himself.  The Cross is the central event in time and eternity,  and the answer to all the problems of both.

The Cross is not the Cross of man,  but the Cross of God, and it can never be fully comprehended through human experience.  The Cross is God exhibiting His nature.  It is the gate through which any and every individual can enter into oneness with God.  But it is not a gate we pass right through;  it is one where we abide  in the life that is found there.

The heart of Salvation is the Cross of Christ.  The reason Salvation is so easy to obtain is that it cost God so much.  The Cross was the place where God and sinful man merged with a tremendous collision and where the way of life was opened.  But all the cost and pain of the collision was absorbed by the heart of God."

If this does not bring tears to your eyes nothing will.

                   SOME GLAD MORNING!

 SEPTEMBER 18, 2007
Current mood: Expecting

1 Co. 15:51-53   Behold,  I show you a mystery;  We shall not all sleep  (meaning at the Rapture alot of Christians will be alive),  but we shall all be changed,  in a moment,  in the twinkling of an eye,  at the last trump:  for the trumpet shall sound,  and the dead shall be raised incorruptible,  and we shall be changed.  For this corruptible must put on incorruption,  and this mortal must put on immortality.

1 Thess. 4:15-18  For this we say unto you by the Word of the Lord,  that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.  For the Lord himself shall descend from Heaven  with a shout,  with the voice of the Archangel,  and with the trump of God:  and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds,  to meet the Lord in the air:  and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Oh  Hallelujah!  To be caught up in the clouds with the saints to meet Jesus is the only goal I have this side of eternity.   I am so excited for the Eternal future God has prepared for us.  Often I sit day dreaming  about the awesome moment when we will all be changed.  Just like the Word says,  in the twinkling of an eye this corruptible body will receive a glorified body.  Praise God!!  At certain times of the day and night  I become very aware that Jesus could call us home any moment.  Oh,  how the Choir of Heaven will be a singing and a shouting as the Saints of God will enter that Great Door,  which is Jesus Christ Himself.  Most certainly it will be the Reunion of all time when the Saints will be truly together as Acts 2:44 says,  And all who believed were together,  and had all things common.  There will be no more strife,  no more division in the body of Christ.  For I'm sure that grieves the Holy Spirit of God when His children are divided over doctrinal issues concerning our Lord Jesus.  On that day none of that will mean anything.  For certain what will matter is did you trust Jesus Christ to be the Lord of your life.  Did you trust that Jesus Christ went to the Cross to die for your sins?  Did you surrender your whole life to Jesus and did you take up your cross and follow Him daily?

Right now if you know you are not where you need to be,  there is a Saviour and His name is Jesus.  Confess that you are a sinner and call upon His name to forgive you of your sins.  Is. 1:18 says,  Come now,  and let us reason together,  saith the Lord:  though your sins be as scarlet,  they shall be white as snow;  though they be red like Crimson,  They shall be as wool.  By faith receive Him as your Lord and Saviour.  Thank Him for saving you and thank Him for giving you Eternal Life.  There is no God like Jehovah!  Last but certainly not least,  find yourself a Church who preaches Jesus Christ and Him Crucified!  For that is the Gospel and that is the power of God unto salvation unto all who believe.

I pray for every lost soul in this world to please give your heart and life to Jesus.  We are living in the last days and yes He will call us in an hour you think not,  be aware and be ready!  I  am in prayer for the Rapture to take place now.  Please get saved,  I am ready to FLY AWAY!  Even so come Lord Jesus.

   GOD'S PLAN OF PREDESTINATION

 AUGUST 7,2007

This subject I am about to tackle can get me into some hot water.  But nevertheless it must be done.  I come from a background who believes in Predestination and Election.  There was no altar call services where people were getting saved.  For they don't believe in that.  They don't  believe you have to accept Jesus,  they say he accepts you.   I believe what the Bible says.  So here I go.

Eph. 1:4  According as He chosen us in Him (does not refer to the person being chosen, but rather the purpose for which the person is chosen)  before the foundation of the world (the Creator, in laying His Plans for the world, had the purpose of Redeeming Grace in view), that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love (presents the purpose of the chosen):  1:5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children (does not refer to the individual being predestinated as to whether he will be saved or lost, but rather the manner in which one becomes a child of God) by Jesus Christ to Himself (by means of the Cross), according to the good pleasure of His Will (it is an act of sovereignty, but an act based on love),  1:6 To the praise of the Glory of His Grace (the ultimate reason), Wherein He has made us accepted (made possible by the Cross) in the beloved ( in Christ).   1:11  In whom (Christ) also we have obtained an inheritance (the best Greek texts have, "we were designated as an heritage"  thus, the Saints are God's Heritage,  His possession through  the work of Christ on the Cross), being predestinated according to the purpose of Him (pertains to the inheritance being predestinated, not the individual who would obtain the inheritance) Who works all things after the counsel of His own Will (therefore it is perfect):  1:12 That we should be to the praise of His glory (proclaims that which is guaranteed to be, not what is hoped to be),  who first trusted in Christ. ( We will attain all of this by first trusting in Christ, which means accepting what He did for us at the Cross.

Eph.1:13 In whom (Christ) you also trusted, after that you heard the word of Truth (pertains to the message of the Cross [1CO.1:18]) the Gospel of your salvation (the good news provided by the Cross) :  In whom also after that you believed (believed in what Christ did for us at the Cross), you were sealed with that Holy Spirit of Promise ( made possible by the Cross),  ----- 1Co.1:18 For the preaching (Word) of the Cross is to them who perish foolishness (spiritual things cannot be discerned by unredeemed people, but that doesn't matter: the Cross must be preached just the same);  but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.  (The Cross is the Power of God simply because it was there that the total sin debt was paid, giving the Holy Spirit, in whom the power resides, latitude to work mightily within our lives).

Our Heavenly Father predestinated "for us"  before the world began the plan of salvation.  It was the plan, not the individual that was predestined.  God foreknew  man would fall.  From the very beginning He made arrangements to bring lost man back to Himself, and that would be through His Son, Jesus Christ.  Yes, He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, but that "us"  refers to the Church.  For Titus 2:14 says, Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.  Also, yes He predestinated us unto the adoption of children, but that refers to the manner in which one becomes a child of God.  The manner in which one becomes a child of God begins with repentance.  You must repent and ask forgivenes of your sins.  A Roman jailor once asked the Apostle Paul, what must I do to be saved?  The Apostle Paul did not preach and teach the Doctrine of Predestination.  His answer was simple, " Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved, and thy house (Acts 16:30-31).  No other verse says it better than John 3:16.  How could us who are saved ever exhaust this Promise of our Heavenly Father.   For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.----Praise God and Hallelujah!!

Now let me take you to the Book of Romans Chapter 11 to learn about the grafting process.  Because of unbelief Israel fell.  Ro. 11:11 says, I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall?  God forbid:  but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles ( is another manner of expressing the formation or building of the Church), for to provoke them to jealousy.  Ro.11:16 For if the first fruit be Holy (refers to the Patriarchs of Israel, who were Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob), the lump is also holy ( does not refer to personal attributes, but simply that Israel has been called of God, and set apart by God for a special task which will ultimately be performed):  and if the root be Holy, so are the branches.  vs 17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and you (refers to the Church) being a wild olive tree (inferior), were grafted in among them (presents the inferior being grafted into the superior, which is totally against nature), and with them partake of the root and fatness  of the olive tree (means that the Church derives its life from the common root that was originally given to Israel of long ago);  Now lets go on to verse 19, you will say to them, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in.  verse20, well because of unbelief they were broken off (unbelief respecting Christ and the Cross), and you stand by Faith.  Be not highminded, but fear:  vs.21 For if God spared not the natural branches (Israel) take heed lest He also spare not you (again refers to the Church).    ------------------ We were grafted into the family of God, not predestinated.

I personally have the same burden the Apostle Paul had, for in Romans 10:1 he said,  Brethren my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. --- My hearts desire is for a very loving group of people I know, who choose not to believe this way.  And I say choose, because we do have a choice.  Joshua 24:15 says And if it seem evil unto you to seve the Lord, Choose you this day whom ye will serve; --- Jesus himself said,  If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. (Jn.7:37)  I throw the predestination doctrine out the window.  Do you actually think God would allow such pain and suffering that our Master, Lord Jesus Christ went through?  Jesus was spit upon, slapped in the face, mocked, beaten severly, his own disciples turned their backs on Him, and then the worst experience of all, for three hours the sins of the whole world was upon Jesus.  For three long hours His Father had to look away from Him.  God is Holy, so He had to look away from sin.  That's why Jesus cried out. My God, My God why have you forsaken me? (Mt.27:46)  Jesus could not feel the presence of our Heavenly Father.  And all because of our sins.  I cry thinking about all His suffering He endured for me.  That was torment for our Lord, have you ever not felt the presence of God after you got saved?  That "all alone feeling"  cannot be described.  What Jesus went through to save you and me, deserves to say the least, is for you to confess His Holy name!  Anyone ought to be ashamed of theirselves to believe any other way.  It's an insult in the highest form against Almighty God to proclaim Predestination and reject His plan of Salvation.  For if He would have predestinated some to salvation and some to hell He would have not allowed Jesus, his only Begotten Son to suffer so horrific.  And I will close  with saying, No group of people under the sun, blacks, Jews, or Indians suffered greater than my Lord Jesus.  If you don't believe me, read Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.  Then read it again and again.  Weep, cry out, be very sorrowful, then finally rejoice that He made a way for you to be reconciled back to God.  For now,  you can come  BOLDLY  to that throne of grace.   AMEN!

GET READY!

July 14, 2007

My favorite passage of Scripture in the whole Bible is 1Thess. 4:13-18.  I cannot describe how I feel in my spirit as I read these great Truths that are about to take place!  Often I find myself observing people as they are so busy with their lives.  Shopping at the markets,  planning weddings,  building new "giant"  homes,  and investing in their retirement.  I just wonder do they remember to regard God in their knowledge?  Are they aware at any moment, even in the next few minutes as I'm writing this, the trumpet could sound and us Believers are going to be gone!!  I personally get excited thinking about the Rapture.  I thank God so much for giving us this Blessed Hope in His Word.  Just think about it, to meet the Lord in the air!!!   Not to mention our loved ones who have went on before us.  That blessed day I am going to be reunited with my Grandpa.  I can't wait.  Oh how I loved him so much, he was my gentle giant.  Even thought he could walk on water, yet he was quiet as a mouse.

If anyone out there is grieving over a loved one, don't be so sad anymore.  For you will see them really soon and besides all that they are better off in Heaven, for they don't have to fight the good fight of Faith anymore.

My main reason for sharing this with you is to remind everyone what is about to take place.  Don't worry about it, get excited!  Are you ready?  Call upon the name of Jesus Christ, ask forgiveness of your sins, and invite Him into your heart to be the Lord of your life.  Don't put off Salvation, because you never know when Jesus is going to descend from Heaven with a shout!  You don't want to be left behind, believe me, the greatest tribulation the world has ever known will take place, but that's another message.

                   God Bless You

                   Sis. Tracey

1 Thess. 4:13-18  But I would not have you to be ignorant, Brethren, concerning them which are asleep (refers to Believers who have died), that you sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. (This concerns those who do not know the Lord who will have no part in the First Resurrection of life and, therefore, no hope for Heaven.)

For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again (the very Foundation of Christianity is the Death and Resurrection of Christ), even so them which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him. (This refers to the Rapture of the Church, or the Resurrection of all Believers, with both phrases meaning the same thing, even as Paul describes in 1Cor.15. At death the soul and the spirit of the child of God instantly go to be with Jesus [Phil.1:23], while the physical body goes back to dust.  At the Rapture, God will replace what was the physical body with a Glorified Body, united with the soul and spirit.  In fact, the soul and spirit of each individual will accompany the Lord down close to this Earth to be united with a Glorified Body, which will then make the Believer whole.)

For this we say unto you by the Word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord (all Believers who are alive at the Rapture)  shall not prevent them which are asleep. (This refers to the fact that the living Saints will not precede or go before the dead Saints.)

For the Lord Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the Archangel, and the trump of God:  and the dead in Christ shall rise first (the criteria for being ready  for the Rapture is to be "in Christ,"  which means that all who are truly Born-Again will definitely go in the Rapture):

Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds (clouds of saints, not clouds as we normally think of such),  to meet the Lord in the air:  and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

                    Praise God and Hallelujah!!

   BLESSINGS FOLLOW OBEDIENCE

August 7, 2007

Deuteronomy 1:11  The Lord God of your fathers make you a thousand times so many more as you are, and bless you, as He has promised you!  (God desires to bless His people.  The only qualification is obedience.)

Why is it so hard to obey God?  Because the self wants to rule!  The natural man wants nothing to do with God.  Romans 8:5-6  says, For they who are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh;  but they who are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

For they who are after the flesh,  means man's efforts, strengths and ability.  A man's efforts apart from Christ will always fail.  Those who walk after the Spirit are those who truly place their Faith in Christ and the Cross,  understanding that all things comes to us from God because of what Jesus did there.  It's never about walking after the flesh, "man's efforts,"  not of works lest any man should boast.  Romans 8:6  For to be carnally minded is death  (this doesn't refer to watching too much television as some think,  but rather trying to live for God outside of His way, and that's Jesus Christ and Him Crucified;  The results will be sin and separation from God);  but to be spiritually minded is life and peace (we should constantly look to the Cross, placing our Faith in His Finished Work).

Now a few sentences back,  I stated the natural man wants nothing to do with God.  Here it is,  Ro.8:7,  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God  (refers to attempting to live for God by means other than the Cross, which places one "against God" ):  for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be  (this means the natural man, with "his thoughts"  and  "his efforts"  is really all about himself.  His heart is far from God.  He doesn't  really care or believe what the Word of God says).

This is going to come off strong but it's true,  the natural man wants what Satan desired from the beginning and that's to be lifted up.  Lucifer was lifted with pride.  The natural man, walking after his own way has a very prideful heart and he's not ashamed to tell you.  That's in contrast to our Lord Jesus Christ, who walked in humility.  That's very offensive to the heart and soul of a prideful man or woman.  I'll give you an example,  one of my husbands favorite sayings is,  'if you can't run with the big dogs, stay on the porch.'  After 16 years you can believe,  I've grown weary of hearing that.  Well on a recent trip to Florida he made that statement again,  so my reply,  "I'd rather be on the backside of a field with the sheep anyday."  I was just expressing how I truly feel, and he was very offended.  He is what you call a "go getter"  and I am more laid back.  Yes,  to be full of self  is running with the big dogs!  To be obedient to God is to follow the example of our Lord Jesus Christ.  For He said, Mt. 11:29:30  Take my yoke upon you (the "yoke"  of the Cross-Lu.9:23)  and learn of Me (learn of His Sacrifice-Ro.6:35);  for I am meek and lowly in heart:  and ye shall find rest unto your souls.  For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.  (What He requires of us is very little, just to have Faith in Him, and His Sacrificial Atoning Work)

Yes God does richly bless His Children.  He said He would never leave us, nor forsake us.  For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen.  Oh thankyou Holy Father for the greatest blessing of all which is in your Son, Jesus Christ.  For by His sacrifice,  we who believe in that Wonderful Name are guaranteed Eternal Life.  1Jn. 2:25  And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life. -  He has promised us that joy will come in the morning, He will deliver us out of all our afflictions, He will strengthen you upon your bed of sickness,  They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength;  they shall mount up with wings as eagles;  they shall run, and not be weary;  and they shall walk and not faint.  Furthermore God shall wipe away all tears in that coming day.  There shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be anymore pain.  Praise God, His promises are sure and stedfast.  People,  Ja.4:7 says, submit yourselves therefore to God.  Resist the devil and he will flee from you.  vs.8  Draw nigh to God, and he will draw near to you.  Cleanse your hands ye sinners, and purify your hearts, ye double minded. vs.10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

What more could we possibly want?  His Divine Protection and Blessings on those who obey Him are what sustains us in this lifetime.  But lets remember one thing about our future,  1Co. 2:9  But as it is written,  Eye hath not seen, or ear heard,  neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

Heavenly Father thankyou so much for your mercy and Grace.  For I know I would have nothing or be nothing without You.  In Jesus name I pray.  Amen.

     THE PROCESS OF CRUCIFIXION

Galations 2:20  I am Crucified with Christ:  nevertheless I live;  yet not I,  but Christ lives in me:  And the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the Faith of the Son of God,  who loved me,  and gave Himself for me.

Being conformed to the image of Christ can be a very painful process.  The crucifixion of the flesh is pain like no other.  It is inward and of the soul.  It is a great work of the Holy Spirit,  purging out any and all things and thoughts of your old nature.  God wants to conform you as a vessel unto Honor,  meet for the Master's Use.  However,  on that road to being purified,  you will find yourself fighting.  Yes,  I said fighting,  the flesh will try to resist God's Holy Will being done in your life.  Ga. 5:17 states,  For the flesh (in this case, evil desires)  lusteth  against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh  (it is the Holy Spirit alone who can subdue the flesh; He does so by our Faith being placed exclusively in the Cross):  and these are contrary the one to the other  (these two can never harmonize;  as Paul has stated,  the old nature must be cast out,  which the Holy Spirit alone can do):  so that you cannot do the things that you would.  ( Without the Holy Spirit,  who works by the Cross,  the Believer cannot live a Holy life.)

To properly live a life pleasing to God you must die to self!  It can no longer be about your way,  or what you think or believe, and  "your will."  The  "self-will"  has to go.  Jesus said in Mark 8:34,  And when He had called the people unto Him,  with His Disciples also,  He said unto them,  Whosoever will come after Me,  let him deny himself  (deny his own strength,  ability,  talent,  power,  and carnal intellect),  and take up his cross  (not suffering as many suppose, but rather the benefits of the Cross),  and follow Me.

There is no force in the world as powerful than a person's own will.  We who are saved,  should always be about the Father's Will.  For the last four years my personal prayer was and still is,  Holy Father continue to cleanse me from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit that I may do and say all those things that are right and pleasing in Thy sight,  that I may stand before you holy and blameless on Your Day of coming,  in Jesus Name I pray. --  A few years ago I thought I had surrendered my will to His,  He showed me that was not the case.  I was diagnosed with Major Depression and quiet frankly,  I just wanted  "out."    At that time I was not doing what God had put on my heart to do.  I fought against His Will  with every ounce of energy I had.  A few months ago,  the morning I truly surrendered,  God took me!  He took that old nasty,  stubborn nature of mine and replaced it with love and forgiveness. I had to forgive someone who had hurt me really bad.  Now after many years,  I was able to stand up and shake all that junk off of me and just get on with my life.  My problem was my thinking.  I thought too much,  yes I said that in the past tense,  because now I just  "Do It!"  Of course,  I give God all the Praise and Glory,  for He Crucified me.

When one is saved and filled with the Spirit of God there is still much of the old way in you,  the flesh.  Now it is a great inward work of the Holy Spirit to be made into the image of Jesus Christ.  This is a process and does not come easily or quickly.  Just because we have been baptized with the Holy Spirit does not mean we are suddenly mature.  In fact, the initial filling of the Baptism with the Holy Spirit is just the beginning.  The Holy Spirit desires to do a great work in you to prepare you  "meet for the Master's Use."   If your hearts desire is to live for God and to serve Him all the days of your life,  then my advice to you is to get out of His Way!  It is no longer your will,  but His Will be done.  His Way is better and higher than ours,  as a matter of fact His is perfect.

Remember,  if we try to go at this our way we will fail.  The Crucified Life begins by declaring it is not about you.  Everything is about Jesus Christ and reaching out to others with love and compassion.  At times you may be put to the test to do something that you would prefer not to do.  Have faith in God and He will see you through!  We must never be removed from the hope of our calling in God.  Our focus must always be on the Cross.  The object of your Faith must be in the Finished Work of Christ  (for by His Work your are saved, sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost).  Then realize your power source is the Holy Spirit and your results will be victory.  (1 John 5:4)

May I remind you,  when it comes to God's Will,  don't think about it,  I say,  "JUST DO IT!!"

      NO MORE PAIN

  July 29,  2007

Re. 21:4  And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes;  and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain:  for the former things are passed away.

What a glorious day it will be when God creates the New Heaven and a New Earth.  The day,  God sets His Tabernacle with men,  will be the beginning of our Eternal existence where no suffering will be.

I know there's alot of people who live with physical pain.  Even right now as  I'm writing I have pain where my pacemaker is implanted.  During the middle of the night I wake up hurting because I'm laying on my right side crushing that "thing"  into my body.  Every morning I wake up hurting and stiff in that area of my chest and right shoulder.  For so long all I wanted was the Doctors to take this thing out of me.  I have prayed about it, and more than once I'm drawn to 2Co. 12:8-9,  the great Apostle Paul said,  for this thing have I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.  And He said unto me,  My Grace is sufficient for you:  for my strength is made perfect in weakness.  Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

I know that must be a hard Scripture to take when someone is suffering.  My brother, who has spina bifida, just got out of the hospital from suffering with a kidney infection.  He experienced a painful headache, not to mention the other symptoms that goes along with it.  My Mom just had a biopsy of her thyroid, she experiences pain daily.  My own daughter suffers from sinus headaches terribly.  The Doctors can't help her,  after a treatment her little sinuses block up again.  It is daily she tells me,  "Mama I got a headache."

I do believe in the power of God to heal instantly.  Right now I cry out to God to heal the sick  and take away the pain that causes torment to a suffering soul.  Lord God you are greater than any infirmity that's known to man.  We pray for a wave of your Glory to shower down and remove the things that cause your people pain, in Jesus name I pray.

Yes you can believe in your heart of hearts, when Jesus comes there will be no more pain.  For the former things will be passed away and all things will become new, even 'YOU'  in a Glorified Body, where no sickness or disease will invade.  The lame will walk, the blind will see and the deaf will hear.  Praise God!   Until then look to Jesus who is the Author and Finisher of our Faith.  Ro. 8:26  tells us, the Holy Spirit also helps our infirmities.  If you are living with any kind of pain remember,  Phillipians 4:13--I can do all things through Christ which strengthenth me.  And furthermore, the Jesus I serve is still the same Jesus Christ of Mt. 4:23,  And Jesus went about all Galiee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

When you pray, believe that you will receive that of the Lord.  The Bible says the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and shall raise him up (James 5: 15).  God didn't say He might, but Shall raise you up!  Hallelujah!  That's something to rejoice about.

Take comfort in knowing what you are going through want last forever.  We serve an awesome God who is preparing something for us we cannot even imagine.  And I want to close by saying,  Mama if I should die before you, don't grieve for me, rejoice that my pacemaker can't hurt me anymore.  For I will be with Jesus, Grandpa, and all the Saints,  waiting for all of you.  Amen.

        MY DREAM LAST NIGHT

  Dec. 18, 2007

Last night I had a dream,  and oh what a dream!  I was lying on my back and looking up and it was like Heaven itself opened up and Jesus was looking down at me and He reached His hand down to pick me up.  What I saw was not God up in the sky, it was much further up than that.  It was all the way past the sky, clouds,  and space.  I saw a glimpse of Heaven.  In my dream I could feel myself about to be lifted up but at the same time I became reluctant and could feel that I was holding myself down.  I think I was afraid to leave.  My reservation must have been about leaving Katie behind.  In reality the decision  is not even mine to make,  for when God wants me to go to Heaven, He will come and get me.  The dream was so real,  I seen God looking down and  His hands reaching out for me.  The image I seen of Jesus looking at me was very clear.

The only thing holding me back from wanting my dream to come true right now is Katie.  This world has nothing to offer me,  I could leave it all behind today.  Well anyhow,  my dream was special,  my dream was also a little frightful, my dream was peaceful,  but yet a little worrisome.  I worry because I don't want to forget my dream.  Frightful,  because my dream was so real I thought it was my time to go,  and yet I was fighting it.  I don't want to resist Jesus.  For I am aware that He knows what is best for me.  I most certaintly do not want to hurt His feelings,  in my dreams He was reaching for me but I resisted.  I'm so thankful God gave me that dream.  Let me dream it again Dear Lord.  Heaven does seem so much closer now.  The reality of seeing You in my dream,  Oh so high above makes my faith so much stronger.  I know you are there,  I know Heaven is real,  and I feel maybe my dream may come to pass so very soon.  My God has protected me from so much bad in my lifetime and I think maybe that's what my dream was about.  God was going to protect me one last and final time by lifting  me up out of this world into His everlasting Arms where I will be safe from all evil forever more.

Yes,  I think most assuredly that was the meaning of my dream.  God loves me so very much,  that He showed up in my dreams to let me know He has His eyes upon me and wants me to be with Him,  and that He IS protecting me from all harm that could come my way.  When I think about my dream I feel like a little girl,  who is so trusting,  but yet a little fearful because of uncertainty.   God showed me that I am going home one day,  that glorious home that He has prepared for me.  Praise God!

Lord thankyou for salvation,  thankyou for loving me,  thankyou for my family,  thankyou for my friends  and Dear God thankyou for my dream.

          Amen.

People God is real,  His Son Jesus is real,  Heaven is real,  His Holy Spirit is real.  Don't you want to know and feel the presence of God in your life?  There is nothing on this Earth that can be compared to God's presence,  His peace!  You can,  just call upon the name of Jesus to come into your heart and He will save you,   and just maybe He will give you a dream.  But if you reject Him and the Cross,  then sadly you will find out that Hell is real.  God did not create Hell for you.  He created it for Satan and his fallen angels.  The Bible says,  God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.  My words to you,  Repent and believe the Gospel.  Read your Bible,  love God,  go to Church,  PRAY,  and maybe,  just maybe you will have my dream.

         FALSE PROPHETS

Aug. 3, 2007
Current mood:  determined

Je. 23:16  Thus saith the Lord of Hosts,  Hearken not unto the words of the Prophets who prophesy unto you:  they make you vain:  they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the Lord.  (The mouth of the Lord refers to inspiration.  As false prophets wrecked the northern Kingdom of Israel and the southern Kingdom of Judah, likewise, false prophets are destroying the Church in America, as well!)  23:17  They say still unto them who despise Me The Lord has said,  You shall have peace, and they say unto every one who walks after the imagination of his own heart,  No evil shall come upon you.  (These individuals, even on the eve of destruction, preached a false feel-good gospel which promoted self-esteem).

False prophets are very good at what they do.  And why is that?  They tell the people exactly what they know the people want to hear.  'All is well, God loves you, think positive, for God wants you to feel good about yourself.'  Yes, most people today pay well to hear all gracious words.  When the true Preacher starts preaching on sin and judgment, the flock scatters or shuts their ears.  My friends that's not going to cut it with the Lord God Almighty.  Holiness is His name and He will not look upon sin.  Sin is the root problem of all the evils of the world.  The horror of sin and the coming judgment of God must be preached in the pulpits!  For God will hold all Preachers accountable for what they say or neglect to say.  The whole Counsel of God must be taught to the people, not just some modern feel-good religion, where the people think all is well.  All is not well, the United States of America will be no different than Sodom and Gomorrah one of these days.  In these last days wickedness has spread over this nation like cancer eating away slowly in your body.  We live in a day and time where 'self will'  rules.  People walk their own way, and does what ever feels right to them.  Sexual immorality and the gay rights movement is nothing more than an abomination to our Lord God.  If you don't repent of that lifestyle you are going to Hell!  I can't even turn on the radio or a TV commercial without my nine year old little girl hearing a sexually explicit promo for male enhancement.  What a disgrace!!!   I want my daughter's ears to be kept pure and away from the filth that's being broadcasted so loudly and proudly.  Woe unto you whoremongers for judgment will fall upon you suddenly and without warning.

God's desire if for one to repent of their sins and turn from the error of their way.  Malachi 3:7 says, Even from the days of your fathers you are gone away from My ordinances, and have not kept them.  Return unto Me and I will return unto you, saith the Lord of Hosts.  But you said, Wherein shall we return?  (The first phrase pertains to the displacement of the Holy Scriptures as the authority and the rule of life.  Such originated declension and corruption.  The phrase, "and have not kept them,"  refers to the Holy Spirit throught the Prophet bluntly telling them that despite what they say, they have not adhered to the Word of God.  The phrase, Return unto me, and I will return unto you is a plea for Repentance.  The question, But you said, wherein shall we return, proclaims Israel so spiritually deadened that they did not even know their true spiritual condition.

Many today do not know their true spiritual condition, simply because they are not being taught.  The modern money gospel has some of the Church deceived into thinking all is well.  Give they say, and God shall bless you.  My friend what God wants is for you to give your heart and life to Him.  Surrender fully to the leading of the Holy Spirit then you will see clearly to truly give in tithes and offerings to a God fearing, Bible Preaching Church, who still preaches the Old Rugged Cross.  For it's there that Jesus redeemed lost man back to God.

Now on to Jer.23:18,  For who has stood in the counsel of the Lord, and has perceived and heard His word?  (This verse gives the reason the false prophets were not to be believed.  They did not have the mind of the Lord and therefore, were not given anything from the Lord;  however, they said what the people wanted to hear and therefore, they were paid well!)

Pastors you cannot tell people what they want to hear.  It does not matter if every member of the congregation except one, gets up and walks out on you, you preach the Truth and the whole Truth of sin and righteousness.  Eze.3:18 says,  When I say unto the wicked, you shall surely die;  and you give him not warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life;  the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity;  but his blood will I require at your hand  (This passage tells us that ignorance of the Gospel does not save one.  As well, the Preacher is to warn the wicked, and in no uncertain terms.  If the wicked aren't warned, meaning that the Preacher preaches a false message, while the wicked person will die in his sin, still, his blood will be required at the hand of the false preacher.  In fact, every single Preacher in the world should read this Text every day).  Verse 21 speaks  of delivering the Message to a righteous man. --Nevertheless if you warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not,  and he does not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned;  also you have delivered your soul.  (This tells us that the righteous must be constantly warned, or else many, if not most, the righteous will be turned aside.  This puts a tremendous responsibilty on the Preacher of the Gospel. God help us if we fail in that responsibility!)

Je.23:19  Behold, a whirlwind of the Lord is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind:  it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked.  (The false prophets were announcing peace and prosperity, while the Lord through Jeremiah spoke of the soon to come whirlwind.  The wicked addressed here not only included the false prophets, but all who listened to them.)  God continues to say in verse 21, I have not sent these Prophets, yet they ran:  I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied. (That which angered Him was that they "prophesy"  in His name when, in reality, He had not sent them or spoken to them)  This next verse ought to put the fear of God back into your hearts ye false shepherds out there.  verse 23,  Am  I a God at hand, saith the Lord, and not a God afar off?  (The impossibility of false teachers hiding themselves and their doctrines from God is declared in verses 23 through 27.  The meaning of this verse is that God is always at hand, meaning, that He notes all that is being done, whether good or bad.)

You know I could go on with countless Scripture regarding false prophets out there who claim to know and preach the Word of God.  I have a word for you, "YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE ,  YOU WHO PURPOSELY CAUSE GOD'S PEOPLE TO GO ASTRAY ALL BECAUSE OF FILTHY MONEYS SAKE.  The Lord of lords and King of kings, Jesus Christ will judge you one day for every false word that comes out of your mouth regarding the Precious Word of God.  You do not use the Word of God for gain but for Godly edifying, where souls will be saved and the captives set free. OH Hallelujah!  If hearts are not being convicted then you are not preaching the Gospel.  Hebrews 4:12 declares,  For the word of God is quick and powerful, and is sharper than any two-edged sword (refers to the ability of the Word of God to probe), piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow (the word of God pierces the soul and spirit, adequately proclaiming what man ought to be and can only be in Christ;  as well, the word of God portrays to us the Holy Spirit and His Power, and proclaims the fact that He Alone can "quicken our mortal bodies"  , which refers to giving us power to yield this physical body to that which is Righteous), and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.  verse 13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight:  but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do (to Whom we must give account).

That's what the true Word of God does.  It forever changes your life, everything you do and say should line up with the Word of God.  If you are Preaching according to the Word of God with the intention of seeing souls saved, then God bless you.  If you are holding the Bible in your hands for any other reasons you better put it down.  Hebrews 10:26-27 says it better than me,  For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the Truth, there remains no more Sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation,  which shall devour the adversaries  (It is hell fire, which will ultimately come to all who reject Christ and the Cross).

Right now I pray for every soul who has ever been under the influence of a false prophet.  May Jesus open your eyes to the Truth and set you free this day.  God protect your people from the harm and wickedness the deceivers bring with their fair speeches.  Deal with each and every one of them according to your Word, in Jesus Name I pray, Amen.

                  HE BROKE ME

   July 5, 2007

Luke24:30  And it came to pass, as He sat at meat with them, He took bread, and blessed it, and brake and gave to them. ( Symbolic of what He does with us; He " takes us,"  and then "blesses us,"   and then "breaks us,"  for the flesh must ultimately be broken, and then "gives us" to the Church;  if this pattern  is not followed, we will  be of no blessing whatsoever ).

Thank God the day Jesus "took me."   He saved me in Jan. 1996 in a apartment in San Diego, Ca.  I repented and asked God to forgive me of  all my sins.  I could feel the cleansing blood of Jesus as I wept so.  With no Church, only God and me, I studied my Bible daily for the next two years.

Jesus  "blessed me"  the night He baptized me in the Holy Ghost, July 2 2003.  I will never forget it, the last night of Revival with Bro. David Roberts.  From that night until now I have not been the same.

And then He "breaks us."  That is the most painful breaking one can go through. Your body, soul, and spirit. I guess you could say I had the " Holy Flu"  for the past few years!  This breaking can be long and drawn out if you are as stubborn as me.  I would not say for one to pray for God to break them.  Trust me, it's easier and much more pleasant to just surrender your will to His.  That's the smart thing to do.  For two years I prayed the same prayer over and over again, only to find out I was fighting and struggling against God.  I fought my Husband tooth and nail till it almost killed me.  And yet it was my God who I was really fighting against.  Oh to surrender to the will of God, how peaceful my soul is tonight!  Praise God!!  When you surrender your  "self will"  and your thoughts to the Holy Spirit, He will lead and guide you into all Truth and you will be doing those things that are right and pleasing to the Holy Father.

Then He gives us to the Church.  I remember from June 2003 until the day I left my Church Family Feb. 2007, I tried to be a blessing to them, but each time I failed.  I would always fall just short of the mark. Or so I thought.  It wasn't until after God used a fellow Brother to show me the meaning of the Cross.  I knew I was saved because of what Jesus did at the Cross but I didn't know I was also sanctified because of the Cross.  I was trying to do it myself.  I was struggling and did not understand why.  The day I placed my Faith exclusively in the Finished Work at the Cross, the Holy Spirit gave me peace and joy in my soul.  I am Saved, Sanctified, and filled with the Holy Ghost because of what Jesus did at the Cross.  Now I want to sing loudly!!   And for that reason I can say, I have victory in the Cross.

                          Thankyou Jesus
